    I am using a fixed position navbar; however, When the submenus expand on a mobile device, the top of the menu is pushed up and off the viewport which makes it impossible to select higher level items or collapse the submenu.

    How do I correct this problem?

    Ok. I got the menu to not go off the screen either to the top or the left, by assigning the menu to be fixed when in a mobile setting.
