    Thank you for prompt reply and please take my apology for my late reply.
    I was testing with Android tablet in all browsers, but it turned out that the problem was in my tablet. I checked later with other devices and the menu works perfectly.

    After more testing I see it happens in following scenario:
    1. tap .sub-arrow to expand a top level dropdown
    2. while this one is opened tap and open another top level dropdown
    2a. in that second dropdown expand a submenu – it opens for a second and it self closes and also closes parent submenu.

    It may not happen at first but try several tapping and it will happen for sure. After the first occurrence it happens every time afterwards.
